Telegram founder Pavel Durov, arrested in Paris last week, should be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, rector of the Eurasian International University Konstantin Klimenko said.
According to the rector, he sent an official submission to the Nobel Committee on awarding the Nobel Peace Prize to Pavel Durov.
"In my opinion, Durov is worthy of the Nobel Prize. Therefore, I have sent an official submission to the Nobel Committee on awarding Pavel Durov the Nobel Peace Prize," Klimenko said.
